By Joshua KumminsSeptember 1, 2017

Close to 5,000 people circled around the quaint field behind Brewster’s Stony Brook Elementary School as the Whitecaps captured their second-ever title, and after shortstop A.J. Graffanino (Washington) and first baseman Julian Infante (Vanderbilt) connected for the final out of a 2-0 win over Bourne, they were all sent into a frenzy.
