With the conclusion of the Minor League Baseball regular season, we wanted to take a look back and recognize those players with New England ties who took great strides forward toward their ultimate goal of reaching The Show.
There were plenty of great performances on the season, with locals coming out on the other end highly decorated for their accomplishments.
From Noah Zavolas (Acton, Mass.) proving to his new organization in Milwaukee that he has the goods to dominate a league, to Isan Diaz (Springfield, Mass.) living up to every bit of his hype from the Futures Game to the majors, New England-bred baseball was in full bloom across minor-league diamonds.
With that, we thought we would send a few more accolades their way, and though there were many players deserving of postseason kudos, we whittled things down to present NEBJ's first New England MiLB All-Star Team.
