The first three months of the recruiting cycle for Class of 2028 have been busy, with 38 prospects making college commitments.
That marks an increase from last year, when only 25 Class of '27 prospects had college commitments by the end of October. This year, the top high school juniors are making commitments earlier than ever before.
Austin Prep (Mass.) has the most Class of '28 commits of any New England program with three. Belmont Hill (Mass.), Bishop Feehan (Mass.), Dexter Southfield (Mass.), and Westminster School (Conn.) have two each. Boston Prime leads all travel ball programs with five commits. MVP New England and NEB have four each. CT Grind and GBG Northeast have three each. UConn leads all college programs with six New England commitments. BC, Rutgers, and Virginia have three each.
